August 11, 2011 -- FEDITC, LLC (DBA: Federal IT Consulting) is an SBA Certified 8(a) SDB provider of management and technology consulting services including secure mobile solutions, CyberSecurity, and ERP solutions to government and private sector organization. FEDITC received the long-awaited GSA 8(a) STARS II contract award. The 8(a) STARS II GWAC is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing information technology (IT) services or IT services-based solutions for the federal government. The 8(a) STARS II program is reserved exclusively for qualifying certified 8(a) small business concerns as the prime contractors per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.8.

Industry partners were chosen for this contract who could demonstrate competitive pricing, technical proficiency, and industrial credentials. The contract offers simple to complex IT service solutions such as: IT help desk support, information assurance, cyber-security, virtualization, IPV6, Web 2.0, and more.

FEDITC currently delivers on direct Agency Prime contracts. As a Prime 8(a) contractor, this GWAC adds to the portfolio of solutions that FEDITC makes available to our Federal and DoD customers. Accessing FEDITC via the 8A STARS II vehicle assists federal agencies in meeting directives around Strategy, Technology & Operations. The vehicle assists the DoD to meet the guidance for “Better Buying Power” that was presented in the recent Memorandum for Commander by the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense dated, July 14, 2011.

Under the GSA Schedules Program, GSA establishes long-term governmentwide contracts with commercial firms. GSA Schedules provide access to over 11 million commercial supplies (products) and services at volume discount pricing.

February 2010, Scott AFB -- FEDITC has been awarded a contract with USTRANSCOM and is serving in a technical leadership role in the functional and technical support for all aspects of Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command Transportation Financial Management System. Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) serves as U.S. Transportation Command’s (USTRANSCOM) single, worldwide point of contact for traffic management of cargo and over-ocean freight surface movements. The Joint Traffic Management Office (JTMO) at SDDC provides peacetime, wartime, and contingency intermodal contractual surface transportation for the Defense Transportation System.

SDDC employs the Transportation Financial Management System (TFMS-M) as its overall Transportation working Capital Fund (TWCF) financial system. TFMS-M comprises Oracle Federal Financial (OFF) suite of modules and the Project Accounting module to process payments, costs, revenues and generally account for financial management events for SDDC’s business lines. In addition, TFMS-M interfaces with SDDC’s Cargo and Billing System (CAB) whose operational source systems include Worldwide Port System (WPS), Integrated Booking System (IBS), and multiple other key logistics systems. FEDITC fills a technical leadership role within TFMS sustaining, maintaining, integrating and improving the Oracle ERP components of the TFMS system.

September 2009, Bolling AFB -- FEDITC has been awarded a contract with the Defense Intelligence Agency to support the agencies Cyber efforts. FEDITC provides technical and support personnel to support the Cyber Threat Analysis (CTA) program within Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). These roles span from Help Desk to Senior Software Architects. The FEDITC personnel work as part of a team with Northrup Grumman and DIA personnel to ensure timely delivery of requirements while maintaining a currently operational system supporting more than 400 Intel users worldwide. CTA is DIA’s premier system for tracking and analyzing cyber-attacks on DoD infrastructure. CTA is scalable to alert volumes and data sources, it characterizes attack phenomena across millions of Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, and provides high fidelity to users allowing them to recognize attack commonalities, prioritize, and isolate the most critical threats. FEDITC personnel are instrumental in supporting DIA’s efforts to defend our nations IT systems.
