SEABROOK, Md., April 3, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- A Lockheed Martin team was selected by the United States Air Force to serve as its strategic partner for personnel service delivery transformation. The contract calls for the development of a long-range strategic plan as well as the providing support for the operation and management of Air Force personnel IT systems. Valued at $234 million, the U.S. Air Force Personnel Services Delivery Transformation - Strategic Partnership (PSDT-SP) contract is a singe award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity 8 year contract.The PSDT-SP program was established through the consolidation of 25 existing contracts by the Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Manpower, Personnel & Services to better serve the Total Force by transforming the Air Force personnel service delivery model through business process reengineering.Lockheed Martin's AF PSDT team will form a strategic partnership with the Air Force dedicated to its transformational needs and support of current operations. Lockheed Martin has teamed with a host of other top-rated transformation and Information Technology companies including Booz Allen Hamilton, Reston, Va.; CTalk, Inc. (OCTalk), King of Prussia, Pa.; Exeter Government Services, Beavercreek, Ohio; and numerous San Antonio-based companies. These include Diversified Technical Services, Inc. April 2007 - FEDITC on Winning CSC Team for DFISS III - FEDITC and prime contract partner Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) were awarded a 5-year agreement by the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) in support of the Financial Integrated Systems Services III (DFISS III) BPA. This five-year commitment provides for the full range of technical support services to include, but not limited to, software design and analysis, software development, engineering and migration, software programming, software process improvement, economic analysis and technical training. Based on an estimated usage of approximately $85 million dollars per year, this BPA includes BRAC re-alignment tasking for all affected DFAS activities.

The Federal IT Consulting, LLC (FEDITC) of Rockville, MD which is a SBA certified minority owned SDB and Hubzone business, acting as a subcontractor to RDI Systems DBA dNovus RDI of San Antonio, TX, the prime, received a US Navy indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multiple ward contract (MAC) for support services for all phases of weapon systems acquisition and life-cycle support including research & development support, prototyping, acquisition logistics, modeling, test & evaluation trials, and engineering support for the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare System Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Space and Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps. The Government estimates a maximum of $5,300,000,000 of services will be procured per year via order issued under the SEAPORT-E multiple award contracts. The awards have a four-year base period with one five-year award term and one additional one-year award term. The Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA is the contracting authority.
