FEDITC was given the responsibility to design the I-MANAGE system architecture and systems integration. Our employees provide the Oracle Applications 11i financials implementation, database administration, applications systems administration and data warehouse architecture and design expertise.
U.S. Dept. of Commerce/NIST/NOAA
Provided Oracle subject matter expertise to Team RSIS covering ST&E for the Department of Commerce CBC Consolidation effort. This covered evaluating security requirements for the Bureaus' CBC Production Portal, the NIST execution of security assessment reporting using NGS NGS*Squirrel reporting tools, strategic consolidation meetings, and making recommendations for the purchase of security software tools sets.
U.S. Postal Service: Eagle Solution
FEDITC consultants assisted IBM in the Oracle Application General Ledger and NCR Teradata interface architecture design. Our consultants created the General Ledger interface architecture design document and presented the solution to the agency's technical revue board. Our consultants provided technical assistance to the Eagle team for Oracle eBusiness Suite 11i database administration and general ledger processing issues.
U.S. Department of Defense: Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS)
FEDITC consultants were extensively involved in the DOD DCPDS project. Our consultants assisted in the migration of the Oracle Federal HR system from release 10.7 to 11i; for the Oracle Applications database administration; Oracle Applications Systems Administration; and Oracle Applications customizations, interfaces, and functional enhancements.
U.S. Air Force CENTCOM (AFCENT)
FEDITC provides MOSS/SharePoint/Infrastructure technical and functional support to Warfighters in theatre to include Afghanistan, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, and the United Statees. Developed and deployed by Microsoft and FEDITC the ECMIS system consolidating both SIPRnet and NIPRnet providing a unified SharePoint System across AFCENT with real time replication of data system wide.
U.S. Office of the Under Secretary of Defense-Modeling and Simulation Office
FEDITC provides Information Technology support for the U.S. Office of the Under Secretary’s Modeling and Simulation office (M&SCo). The support includes technical troubleshooting, administration, application server administration, portal design/development, secure Voice over IP (VOIP) support to include NIPRNet & SIPRNet, technical support for Pentagon IPT Bi-Weekly Briefings, and project management for IT planning and support.
U.S. Army DIMHRS Project
FEDITC provides support of the DIMHRS HRCC effort providing Tier I Business Analysts who provide pay and personnel related call center support to the Warfighters in CONUS and OCONUS locations 24 X 7. The Human Resource Contact Center (HRCC) provides consistent, cost effective, and professional human resources (HR) service to Soldiers, family members, Veterans, retirees, and other Stakeholders. This effort covers the multiple Army specific call center functions.
USAF TS-SAFE Program
FEDITC provides onsite support for the TS-SAFE program at Camp Victory in Iraq. FEDITC insures that TS-SAFE fire prevention procedures are followed by USAF personnel at Camp Victory and across the AOR and assist the Air Force with updating and improving the program.
